SingleHop Now Offering International Toll-Free Numbers to Provide Easier Access to Customers Located Internationally.

Chicago, IL: April 24, 2009: Chicago-based managed web-hosting provider, SingleHop, today announced new toll-free sales, customer service and technical support phone numbers that are localized for customers in Australia, Bulgaria, Canada, France and the UK.

As a company with customers in over 100 countries, the need for a global perspective on customer service has never been greater. SingleHop stepped up to the plate by offering toll-free numbers for countries where they have the highest concentration of clients, outside of the United States.

Until now, International customers were forced to either use e-mail support or pay for long distance, as US toll-free phone numbers do not work outside the 50 states. Now, customers in the above listed countries can dial a local toll free number and be connected directly to SingleHop. The numbers are listed on the top right corner of every page on SingleHop.com

Dan Salcedo, SingleHop VP of Communications, mentioned, “SingleHop strives to provide the highest level of customer support, but if our customers can't readily reach us, we can't help them as well as we would like. To remedy this, we began offering our international clients the option to call us toll-free, at any time, any day. Furthermore, this offering allows for a better all around relationship with our clients, as we can just as easily listen to them. At SingleHop, we want genuine customer relationships, and this is another way to work toward this goal.”
