SingleHop marked 100%+ Year-over-Year Increase in Revenues with a 14,000 foot Skydive. Strong, Consistent Growth Continues During Q3.

Chicago, October 30, 2009: Sometimes significant milestones need to be marked in significant ways. SingleHop, Inc., a full-service, managed hosting provider, has hit one of those milestones. For the third quarter ended September 30th, the company generated revenues of $1.62 million, representing a 19.5% increase over the second quarter of this year. Revenues increased 119% over the same time period last year. To celebrate this milestone, on October 24th more than 80% of the firm's employees went skydiving from an altitude of over 14,000 ft. According to Stephanie Ostheimer, one of SingleHop's Account Managers, “SingleHop went skydiving to demonstrate that we have the same zest for life that we do providing reliable, cost-effective, dedicated servers, along with exceptional customer service. Focusing on doing this each and every day has propelled us to incredible growth, and always trying to find new boundaries we chose to celebrate by skydiving.”

The other achievements in the company's third quarter include:

   • $6.9 million annualized run rate
   • An increase in EBITDA of just under 36% over the second quarter.
   • Named the #1 fastest growing web-host provider for the month of September and October by industry watchdog, Website HostReview.
   • Also named in Website HostReview's exclusive Top Managed Providers list as one of the Top 10 Managed hosting providers August, September, and October of 2009.
   • 1,405 active customers in more than 100 countries.

SingleHop has shown remarkable consistency in its growth for the past few quarters. Zak Boca, President and CEO of SingleHop mentioned, “Our growth between Q2 and Q3 has clearly shown that SingleHop is in a solid position financially and in respect with its peers. We generated nearly 20% more revenue in Q3 compared to Q2, which is a number unrivaled in our industry and achieved without increasing debt or selling equity”. Highlighting its ongoing commitment to provide innovative and cost-effective services to its customers, SingleHop just released SnapShield. SnapShield is an on-demand service that allows customers access to the security of an enterprise class firewall, but without the cost. This on-demand firewall system enables small and medium sized clients to quickly deploy an advanced Cisco™-powered hardware firewall, for a fraction of the cost of having their own dedicated hardware firewall. SnapShield can be deployed by any customer as its has been fully integrated into LEAP, the web-host's server management suite.
