While increasingly top of mind for many organizations, a fully replicated DRaaS environment can be a tough expense to justify depending on the recovery objectives of your company. SingleHop’s Standby Disaster Recovery as a Service is an entry level, pay-as-you-go solution. Pricing is based on the storage and licensing used while in standby; you only pay for your private cloud resources when a disaster is declared. With Standby DRaaS, gain protection from critical incidents without paying month-to-month for redundant infrastructure.
Suited for organizations with the strictest business continuity and compliance needs, SingleHop’s Active Disaster Recovery as a Service features a fully customizable, isolated Dedicated Private Cloud environment. Backed by our industry-leading disaster recovery SLA, Active DRaaS delivers recovery objectives (RPO and RTO) in minutes. The cloud environments are ideal for users with complex architectures and advanced configuration requirements, as well for those who need a space for development and testing when not in use for disaster recovery.

SingleHop’s award-winning Service First Support team provides expert assistance throughout the life of your Disaster Recovery as a Service plan. 24/7/365 support is always a click a way via your LEAP dashboard. Optional, white-glove onboarding ensures the client and our support team has a runbook of emergency procedures defined in the event of a disaster. Most importantly, we offer Managed Failover Testing with all DRaaS plans. During a Managed Failover Test, you will have a dedicated SingleHop technician supporting your team to activate the recovery process as defined in your custom disaster recovery procedure runbook.
Data migration is the critical first step of any DR plan. Transferring large amounts of data is not only difficult and time consuming, it can put valuable data at risk. Our proprietary DART Box™ (Data Acquisition and Recovery Transfer) seeding system makes data transfer easy and secure. The proprietary system provides data encryption and physical security seals to protect your data during seeding. Best of all, this service is free with all SingleHop Disaster Recovery as a Service plans.
