We are a hosting company obsessed with service- this means we are also 'tweakers'. It is only through incessant and consistent tweaking of all our processes and procedures that we can ensure that our customers are taken care of correctly, all the time, every time.

So, as we go into the second quarter of 2011 there are some changes that have already taken place in order to meet our service goals. One of the biggest changes within the Account Management department is to provide our clients with a specialist when dealing with various elements of their SingleHop account. This ensures that you are speaking to the person who has the most experience and talent for their position so that you receive the absolute best and fastest service. Currently we have the following Account Managers assisting you, in the following ways:

Need help making a payment? Processing your order? – Our Processing and Collection Account Manager, Richelle Swank, will be more than happy to assist you! Her responsibilities include processing all payments in a timely matter, editing payment information and getting your order processed as quickly as possible.

Trying to change the contact information on your account? Want your invoices due on a date that works well for your business? Speak with our Retail Account Manager, Jennie Sullivan, and we will help your business run more smoothly. They are responsible for editing the billing on your account and answering any general questions about your account.

Want to tell us what a great job we’re doing? Not 110% satisfied with our service? Lynzee Colclasure, Account Manager focusing in client satisfaction, would love the opportunity to listen to what you have to say about our service. They are responsible for ensuring that all aspects of your experience with us are beyond your expectations. If you are experiencing a problem and need it resolved, this is your go to person!

Have questions about your tandem perks? Need to add more RAM for one of your clients? – Please don’t hesitate to contact Eleni Tsapralis, Senior Account Manager and Tandem Specialist. She is responsible for helping all Tandem Resellers with questions or concerns about their account.
