One Great Culture. Three Distinct Honors.

This summer, SingleHop scored a workplace culture hat trick, racking up honors and acknowledgement from three national organizations that assess company culture and employee engagement.

So while this kudos certainly gives us something to brag about, more importantly, it tells us that the energy we’re putting into development of the SingleHop workplace is on the right track. What’s especially exciting is the employee feedback that helped us achieve these honors.

After in-depth employee surveys were administered by two independent research firms measuring communication, work-life balance, diversity, recognition and more, SingleHop was identified as a leader by both Great Place to Work®, the leading global authority on building and sustaining high-trust organizational cultures whose lists are featured in Fortune Magazine, and  The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® which, through the National Association for Business Resources, provides valuable data, benchmarked practices, tools and programs that enrich the life of employees and impact the community.

The third honor, from 70,000 member-strong Tech in Motion, is being named as a Timmy Award finalist for Best Tech Culture in Chicago based on a detailed analysis of SingleHop’s employee programs.

Ninety-two percent of SingleHop employees are proud to tell others they work here, and 90 percent feel they are given a lot of responsibility, according to the Great Place to Work® Survey. Those are  standout statistics.
