Using Net Promoter Score to Gauge Clients' Opinions

I recently wrote a blog post about the all important Net Promotor Scores (NPS) and how we use it to evaluate what our clients think of our products and services. It really has become an amazing tool we have now built into our daily  schedule.  We even have the real time NPS feed on a huge flat screen on the wall in our office. Good, bad, or indifferent every score is right there in the open to see!
