This is certainly helpful information, and serves as a great quick-reference guide for website development planning. The fold, color, and size sections are points that I consistently raise with clients and colleagues. I would love to see one of these infographics with a focus on mobile sites and/or mobile applications.

I love that 'above/below the fold' is at the top of this infographic. It is by far the most looked over consideration that really does affect conversion rates! I have many case studies that support this and I will always stand my ground! There's truth in the numbers, people!

And how! I think the point about exploring unique and interesting shapes for calls for action is a very important and a relatively contemporary web design reflection. After years of designing buttons within the ol' humdrum rectangle (or if you're feeling spicy, round the corners), intelligent designers are taking different approaches to visually requesting user action—and that is a beneficial consideration to keep in mind.
