I have to say that I've received more support, guidance and professionalism from SH in the last 48 hours than I have received from all the hosting companies I've used in the past combined. They are lightning fast at responding to questions and support tickets. If the first few days experience as a customer is any indication then I'm going to be a very, very happy camper!!

I am a very recent customer to Single Hop having signed up a week ago. I just started setting up my server today, and, of course, had some technical issues. Well, your tech support was all over my server - and on a Sunday night, to boot. I figure the one time a support staff would be sleeping, but they were actually trying to fix my server before I even knew there was a problem.

I had the honor of working with Garrett Murphy and Sam Bowling. Both were prompt, knowledgeable, and went above-and-beyond what I would have considered satisfactory. I am so used to other hosting companies and never even hearing from anyone with technical knowledge beyond working a toaster. To know that there is an expert staff willing to help me is well worth the extra money. (Although I did learn a lot about managing a server having to do it all by myself with other companies!)

We had experienced problems with setting up our new email server in the last couple of days. I understand that we had put your technical staff under some pressure. Since signing up with SingleHop, I have just one opinion. I love it! The server performs well and the support staff are willing to help me with whatever I need. I do understand that SingleHop had a few growing pains with the network, but I have faith that after everything is said and done ... I will continue to have a fast, reliable, and robust server.

The service team that we had on both tickets was AMAZING!!! They stuck with me through the entire trouble shooting, communicated with me about options and, ultimately, solved both our issues. I have nothing but positive feedback about these experiences. The technical support team members were fabulous!
