  • Incubation program must be 1 or more years old
  • Incubation program have at least 5 or more companies enrolled
  • Incubation fund may be backed by larger PE or VC fund
  • Must focus on technology oriented startups
  • Must only provide seed or living/working capital to startups
  • Should be like minded and able to work with SingleHop
