If you have a server with SingleHop that features less than 2 GB of RAM, OR you have purchased a RAM upgrade in the past to bring your server to 2 GB of RAM, then this offer is for you.

As our company experiences exponential growth, we want to make sure that we take care of our loyal clients, customers who have been with us for years, and have shown appreciation of our services on hosting forums or by recommending our services to friends or colleagues. That said, we are starting a free upgrade program so that every server we host has a minimum of 2GB of RAM. To make the offer sweeter, clients who have already paid for more RAM, we'll drop off any upgrade charges up to your first 2 GB of RAM, though please submit a ticket informing us.

How it works and who qualifies for the free upgrade.

Any managed server or dedicated server with SingleHop that currently has less than 2 GB of RAM, or clients that have purchased an additional gigabyte of RAM. We want to bring everyone up to speed. For new customers, all of our new server offerings will also now have a minimum of 2GB of RAM per server.

Visit our details page for instructions on how to take advantage of this offer. When you submit your form, we will upgrade your server to a full 2 GB of RAM. For example, if you have 512 MB of RAM, we will add an additional 1.5 GB. If you have 1 GB, we'll add a second gig for free.

Follow these steps to get your free upgrade:

#3 Submit your form and schedule your upgrade.
Done All done We will contact you once your upgrade is started and again once it is completed. On the date and time you schedule your upgrade, please expect about 20 minutes of down time.

Note: You will have to schedule an individual upgrade for every server you have. If you are paying extra for RAM right now, simply submit a billing request ticket.
