SingleHop is a great web hosting and I D company. Our servers (3) has never crashed or had long periods of downtime. SingleHop does have all of the features that other web hosting companies have but better. They always have the latest CPanel and WHM installed and they are partnering with Cisco technologies right now to start providing those great features. We would highly recommend. i love singlehop most then all other server companies.. just 2 things are just problamatic.. 1) low bandwidth criteria.. when some customer needs high bandwidth we are unable to do it.. you must have to provice Bandwidth Pool for free. because after all we are using just our bandwidth in between all servers. 2) billing has many confusion each time.. i face same issue in billing 3-4 time.. but again everymonth i have to face it again.. when price updated or renewal date changed..
