How We Manage IT Differently
At SingleHop, every dedicated server customer has an Account Executive (an AE.) When you contact Tech Support your Account Executive gets an automatic notice. Your AE is also your billing and customer service contact, so if you have any questions about your dedicated server, you can contact them through a direct dial number.
When you require support for your server, we don't pass you through to a call-center, or entry-level server technicians. When dialing for support, you are sent directly to our NOC, whereby trained technicians are able to handle questions regarding your dedicated server.
