LEAP Features and Functionality

LEAP combines all the functions you need into one control panel. Below is a listing of all of LEAP's major features.

Development:

  • Built using the EXTJS control panel

  • Innovative 'Webtop' web desktop interface. Feels and works just like Windows would--but inside your browser.

Support Functions:

  • Create, edit, view and respond to support tickets

  • Pre-populated server and user information

Account Management Functions:

  • View, print, and pay invoices online

  • Setup automatic bill payment with a credit card

  • View current and previously used account credits, coupon codes and discounts

  • Edit account information

  • Create and maintain a list of authorized contacts and users who can access your account

Server Management:

  • View detailed server information

  • Purchase additional servers online with fast provisioning

  • View bandwidth usage by this month, last month and the previous year

  • Reboot (power cycle) your server remotely

  • Reinstall your server OS

  • Jump directly into an SSH session to manage any particular server (without ever having to download Putty or anything else -- in your browser)

  • For Windows servers, jump directly into a Remote Desktop (RDP) session to manage any particular server (on any computer, in any OS and without ever leaving your browser.)

  • Disable and enable switch ports

  • Much more.

Extra Features:

  • RSS Viewer -- Loaded by default with our favorite security and system administration blogs as well as SingleHop's company blog.

  • Message of the Day notifications keep you informed of scheduled downtime. They load automatically right when you log into LEAP.
