In this section of our site, we are activly testing various new products, services and ideas to see what our clients want and need. Graduates from the lab will be offered as an à la Carte Management Option and potentially included in our various On Demand Services or Management Bundles.

We are also accepting suggestions and feedback from our existing clients on any of these services.

While being tested and included in Poindexter's Lab section of our site, all products and services being tested here will be offered at-cost for existing clients.

LEAP, the server manager webtop
LEAP is a powerful control panel for managing multiple dedicated servers. LEAP is developed entirely in-house, and largely using AJAX for ease of use. The system was developed as a "webtop" to allow users to have multiple windows simultaneously open with quick access to features like restarting servers, viewing bandwidth graphs, and more.ffers detailed information for the above-average user.

Content Delivery Network (CDN)
As part of our commitment to providing a solid feature-set to clients, we will soon be announcing the release of a powerful content delivery network (CDN). The SingleHop CDN is currently being tested with selected clients, and is being integrated in to LEAP. The content delivery network will feature over 20 locations throughout the world, allowing clients to minimize the distance visitors have to take to access files.

EverythingGraphs
SingleHop Advanced Graphing offers a way to look inside your server and see what is going on. From the temperature of the CPU to the number of Apache processes, Advanced Graphing offers detailed information for the above-average user.

ReactiveWall
ReactiveWall is a state of the art reactive firewall service that actively blocks attacks and attempts to penetrate your server security. The system obtains to-the-second IDS monitoring data from our internal Intrusion Detection System (IDS.) In the event an attack is detected, the system will immediately apply a temporary or permanent block using the firewall
