7 Day Money Back Guarantee Details
SingleHop offers a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee on the following terms. In the event that you decide to cancel your service with SingleHop within the first 7 days (including weekends, holidays, etc.) Days are measured in complete days and exclude any fraction. Further, management fees, upgrade fees, labor charges, software license fees are not covered by this guarantee policy.
In order to request a refund, you must cancel your server on or before the 7th day. Refunds will be processed and issued within 72 hours of your cancellation request being submitted. SingleHop, at its discretion, will calculate and inform you of the total amount of your refund.
In certain circumstances, this money back guarantee policy is voided. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, occurrences of the following events:
• When you upgrade an existing server or purchase additional services for an existing server after your initial setup. By doing so, you are essentially acknowledging your satisfaction with our services.
• When you sign a contract with SingleHop for an extended period of time (over one month) then we typically are unable to offer a money back guarantee.
• When your account with SingleHop is terminated for a Terms of Service violation or excessive SPAM/UCE complaints, then your money back guarantee is null and void and will not be honored.
