1 Hour Hardware Replacement Guarantee

SingleHop guarantees that in the event of a physical hardware failure on any SingleHop dedicated server, we will replace the broken hardware in one hour or less.

• Once alerted to a hardware failure we will replace the hardware within one hour with equal or better hardware
• Time limit does not include time spent diagnosing or troubleshooting potentially damaged hardware
• Time limit does not include restoration time in the event that a software or backup restoration is required after a hardware failure

In the event that SingleHop fails to replace hardware in the time frame explained above, SingleHop will issue an account credit of 10% of the base monthly server rent for each hour after one hour of the monthly service fee for the server in question to a maximum of 50% of the cost of the server itself (excluding any management, upgrades or additional services associated with the server in question.) Credits will be issued at SingleHop's sole discretion.
