netstat -np :)

for everything

netstat -nap

in this way you automatically can see process id/name 

tcp        0      0 192.168.88.100:80           178.94.103.53:29892         ESTABLISHED 7454/nginx          
tcp        0      0 192.168.88.100:80           176.108.1.169:54433         ESTABLISHED 7454/nginx          
tcp        0      0 192.168.88.100:80           217.147.166.255:54564       ESTABLISHED 7454/nginx 

and use process id (in my example it&#039;s 7454 near process name) with lsoft without of executing few more commands...
