I, for one, cannot let myself knowingly support any Microsoft product aside from the one licensed copy the industry forces us to maintain on the network to run as a testing environment for IE ( as we are a web development company ). It baffles me, that these days, when Windows market share shows obvious decline as users become more educated on better alternatives, companies are still releasing software solely for Windows. The only livechat software I have used is mibew ( http://openwebim.org/ ) as it has a web based admin control panel for operators, and is also free.
