The moment a service moves outside of its optimal parameters, an email (even a text message or instant message) is sent to your company. A developer makes a change to a database, and suddenly your SQL service goes down: seconds later, your staff is notified, and the offending change can be undone. Your problems are solved before they are detected.
QuickReaction is very similar, but now you have SingleHop working as your around-the-clock staff. If a service alert is triggered on your server, all technical staff on shift are notified of it immediately, and they leap into action. With local access to your server, even the largest issues are resolved quickly. This is critical if you don’t have an 24 hour technical team: we will be that for you.
