
We are currently experiencing minor latency on a small segment of our network. Reboots of a distribution router is unavoidable while we diagnose the issue so some customers may notice 5 minute outages or extended latency. We have found the problem, and are working around the clock to ensure that it gets resolved in a timely manner. As of right now we’re looking at

UPDATE 4:07PM CST: We have manipulated this router into a stable state until Cisco can get back to us with a fix. Things are operating as they should at this time. Stay tuned!
UPDATE January 7th, 2009: We are going to be performing a reload of this router at 11PM CST to restore stability in this segment of the network. Customers affected by this will experience 5-10 minutes of increased latency while the device reloads.
