Here at SingleHop, we encourage everyone to hang out after work and maybe play a game or two. We actually like hanging out when we get out of work. Group activities are great for the workplace. They encourage teamwork and also give everyone a chance to relax. It also helps with teamwork. If you cannot work together in a game, how can you work on the job as a team.

We currently play Rock Band and Team Fortress 2. We play two different games for a reason. Team Fortress 2 can be played from different locations easier. I can be at home and so can Andy, our Vice President of Operations. This allows us to interact outside of work from the comforts of our own homes. This game is very cheap, 20 USD per person to play, forever. I play as an engineer. You can build a sentry, tele-port and dispensers. Andy, our Vice President of Operations prefers to be a scout. You move faster than everyone else and have a shotgun.

Rock band is more expensive. You can all get together in the same room and play it. I love playing rock band. It is more fun than Team Fortress 2. It allows you to do karaoke with instruments! My favorite thing to do is play the bass. I just like the sound of a bass. It is not a real one but it is the closest thing I can do.
