I’m writing this blog post to provide some insight into the answer to that question. Although it seems outrageous and inexplicable, we feel supremely confident offering this special, because of the extended levels of service that we provide. In the dedicated hosting business, Management Services are extremely important. These ensure that your server is always running, up to date, and secure. We know that all of our customers have busy lives and don’t necessarily have time to monitor their servers 24 hours per day, every day of the year. This is why we offer management, so that we can do this for you. If there happens to be a glitch in your server at 3:30AM and you have our QuickReaction Monitoring, our techs will fix it immediately, while you sleep peacefully. We offer a plethora of managed services that all contribute to your server’s and, consequently, your company’s success. However, it is also important to note that these services are still offered à la carte. You can choose a package or simply buy one service at a time. This is also for your benefit. We want you to choose the managed services you need and not overload you with a bunch of services that you don’t. This saves both money and headaches for you, as you can choose the services that you truly need for your server to be a profitable solution.
As far as technical support is concerned, we have a dedicated team of experienced System Administrators that are available via phone or secure Support ticket 24 hours a day, 365 (or 366 if it’s a leap year) days per year.
