Each service is both helpful and vital in its own way. General Management is largely an insurance policy. We have experienced techs on staff who are both skilled and efficient. With this service, our system administrators are you system administrators, meaning that you won’t need one of your own. Our highly experienced system administrators will keep your server up and running.

Quick Reaction Monitoring is an excellent service to add to an account. It allows us to add your server to our internal monitoring system so that we can make sure that if there is a glitch in your server we are notified and can easily log in and fix the problem and get your server back online. Often, because of the monitoring and subsequent troubleshooting, we’re able to fix problems before you even notice.

Event Notifications is a slimmed down version of Quick Reaction. It just notifies you when there is a problem, but it is still up to you to troubleshoot your own server.

Kernel & OS Updates is an incredibly helpful service. It means that we update your server whenever a new patch is released and includes critical updates to kernel, PHP, MySQL, Apache, and cPanel modules. We send out an email at least 24 hours in advance of the routine maintenance for customers who have this service. This service also means that you would be able to request an on-demand health and security check for your server once a month, just by submitting a ticket to our support staff.
