I wanted to take a moment to say how excited we are about SingleHop’s new affiliate program! We designed the program to make sure that our affiliates earn the highest commissions in the web hosting and dedicated server industry. The power maintenance scheduled for this evening has now been completed and all servers are now being brought back online. The breaker was successfully replaced and the Data Center technicians are working on assisting all customers that are having any outstanding issues.

This is the second final notice for tonight’s data center maintenance window. In approximately one hour we will be taking our network and roughly 85% of our Dedicated Servers down for roughly 45 minutes. We do not expect any further delays beyond this window, however it is possible that the window will need to be extended slightly.

Best wishes and happy holidays — sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. This window will insure that SingleHop is able to continue to provide high quality Dedicated Servers and support our growth well into the future.

Greetings, Current SingleHop Customers,

We are sending out this notice to make you aware of a Scheduled Power Outage that is to occur this Saturday morning, November 8th, between 1:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. Central. We do not expect this environmental power lapse to last for more than 45 minutes maximum. We will be checking each rack to make sure servers are being brought back online as quickly as possible to minimize the downtime.
