We just want to make sure that our customers are fully aware of the truly awesome management services that we offer, regarding our pre-configured packages.

The Pro-Active Management package includes Kernel & OS updates, Quick Reaction, and Event Notifications services and 10 GB of backup. What does this mean, you ask? Well, Kernel & OS Updates means that when a new patch is released or a system updated, you don’t need to worry. We’ll install it for you. Event Notifications gives us the ability to monitor your server 24 hours a day. If there were to be a problem, you would be notified immediately. Quick Reaction is named such because it quickens the pace of trouble-shooting for your server. Without Quick Reaction, if something fails, it’s up to you to fix it. With Quick Reaction, we would be notified of the problem, log in, and troubleshoot the problem…quickly. That way your problems are not only fixed for you, but by our lovely 24 hour techies.

Critical Management is really some serious management. Included are all the services offered in the Pro-Active package, but to this is added General Managed Services. This is possibly the best service you could ever have. With this service, any problem big or small, submit us a ticket and we will Always (with a capital A) fix it for you. Your server will be constantly monitored and kept online by our very attractive tech department.

Although these services are all offered a la carte, by buying a package, a significant discount is offered. Quite a prime investment, really.
