SingleHop Adds Complete White-Label Features To Its Reseller Hosting Platform
New Functionality Allows Customers To Leverage Every SingleHop Resource

Chicago IL - April 11th, 2012 - SingleHop, Inc., a leader in highly automated Infrastructure-as-a-Service, today announced a number of new features and enhancements to its Tandem Reseller Hosting program. The centerpiece of the update is a completely new and rewritten Tandem white label control panel for end-users.

The updates allow resellers to offer a wide range of automation-based features to their end-users, providing a completely unique experience, while leveraging SingleHop's robust infrastructure as their own. The new panel and upgrades are available immediately to all new and existing Tandem clients through the company's complete automation-based platform, LEAP3.

"The goal for this update was to make it possible for our resellers to easily begin selling cloud services, and we've achieved that by allowing them to resell public cloud hosting or take a wholesale approach by creating a private cloud & selling virtual machines. It's a complete out of the box solution. Our Tandem customers can completely white-label the experience and begin selling cloud services right away, "said Zak Boca, Chief Executive Officer. The white label automation offerings within the Tandem program add to the aesthetics of a customer's unique portal as well as enhance billing and tech support tools.

Tandem Features:
•100% white label control panel for end-users
Complete component management - reinstalls, restarts, creation of private VMs for both resellers and end-users
•Billing integration allows resellers top-level support and payment method management (WHMCS and Ubersmith) to provide a seamless, fully integrated experience to end-users
•Shared, cloud, and dedicated hosting are all fully available and can be white labeled
•Ability to resell public cloud services or create a private cloud environment

Tandem Benefits for Resellers:
No need to carry inventory, deploy infrastructure on an as-needed, just-in-time basis
No capital expenditures
No complex prerequisites and setup steps, Tandem is completely plug-n-play

Tandem resellers are able to assign dedicated servers, dynamic servers, and public clouds to their clients through their custom-built management portal. In addition to managing hardware allocation the new features also allow resellers to manage payment methods, pay invoices, and submit/respond to tickets. "Tandem is all about helping resellers look big while starting small. We know the challenges of starting a hosting business first-hand and that is exactly why we've continued to invest in improving the Tandem program," said Dan Ushman, Chief Marketing Officer.
