Igor SerebryanySystems Developer

One of SingleHop's Systems Engineers, Igor Serebryany, is here to make our System Administrators and DC Tech jobs easier. He uses his knowledge to create web applications such as DNS management system or the System Status screen.

Igor has not always lived in Chicago. He, in fact, has not always lived in the United States. Born in Nikolayev, Ukraine, he later moved to Los Angeles. The University of Chicago caught his attention and he moved to the Windy City in 2001. After studying hard, Igor got his degree in Computer Science in 2006. He loved the city so much, that he decided to stick around and work with us at SingleHop.

If software engineering werenÕt a busy enough job, Igor uses his spare time to design circuits using embedded processors. His favorite? The ATTiny line of microprocessors. When he isnÕt tinkering with web applications or designing circuits, you can probably find Igor outside. Whether he is out cycling with one of the several cycling clubs he belongs to- or cruising on motorcycles, he definitely loves his bikes. Since he doesnÕt own a TV, and he needs to keep his brain in top-working condition, Igor can also be found growing his own vegetables. After eating his vegetables, Igor gets his beauty rest each night in his hammock.
