Chris LarkinAccount Executive

Chris Larkin, one of our first Account Executives, is always on his toes ready to answer any and all questions that customers can throw his way. Chris makes sure our customers get the servers that suit them the best. He is dedicated to helping our clients; even if it means cracking the whip on our own guys to make sure server installs get done in a timely manner. Sitting quietly in the corner, sometimes Chris may not be seen -- but you always know he is there because of our happy customers.

Playing games such as The Oregon Trail and Number Munchers, paved the way for Chris in the computer world. This led him to creating his own games, as early as the third grade, in the program HyperCard. After spending his childhood inventing games, Chris attended the University of Memphis, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Music degree with a concentration in Recording Technology.

This musician- he plays the violin, guitar, bass and piano- has not always worked in the computer industry. Before coming to SingleHop, Chris worked as a recording engineer for Memphis SoundWorks, at The University of Memphis, and the Memphis Symphony Orchestra. He then moved to Chicago, and continued working in music at Gravity Studios and Prolifiq Records. Although he has veered away from working mainly in the music business, Chris still runs a pro audio website where companies send him stuff for free, for him to review on his site.

When he's not providing server solutions for our customers, or working on his pro audio site, Chris likes to read and spend time with his wife. Other than the right to brag about his superb musical and customer service skills, Chris' other claim to fame is that he is related to a great inventor. His great-grandfather invented the oscillating fan!
