Azijah T. HiggsData Center Tech/NOC Tech

If a customer needs something fixed, Azi Higgs is the man for the job here at SingleHop. From hardware to software, if it's broken, Azi will fix it.

This native Chicagoan started toying around with computers when he was just a kid. He got his start with an Acer Aspire 133MHz, playing multi-player doom with a friend over 14.4 baud Internet- for those of you who remember the days when you had to wait for dial-up.

Azi attended community college for two years before he transferred to Northeastern Illinois University. At 25 years old, Azi claims that the most interesting thing about him is that '70% of my dreams eventually happen in real life'. Isn't that a bit scary? 'Yah, it totally used to freak me out when I first started to notice it'. Now, Azi has gotten used to it, and enjoys the fact that dreams really can come true.

Other than experiencing his dreams come to life, Azi spends time playing games and skimming through articles on server/application optimization. Games such as FPS, Counter Strike: Source, Unreal Tourney, Battlefield 2142, just to name a few- are some of his favorites. When he has the chance, Azi likes to dabble with 3D design. So far, he has created characters such as Bender from Futurama, as well a few others. Whether he is hard at work fixing hardware, or playing games, Azi's life revolves around computers and the Internet.
