CHI-1 is SingleHop's first data center. It is located just down the street from SingleHop's operations center in downtown Chicago. The facility houses over 2,200 servers for SingleHop customers around the world.

SingleHop Network Speed Test

Chicago-1 is organized into hot and cold rows. This is a view from an angle of all of SingleHop's racks.
Hot Aisle View with Tech Working
This view is down a Hot Isle of the data center, where the server exhaust blows. This aisle is where the rear of the servers face. Here in the distance you can see a SingleHop engineer hard at work.
Rear View of Server Rack
In this view, you can see the rear, or "hot", side of the server rack. This is the back of the servers where the power and network connect to the server. This is also where the server exhaust fan is located.

This is the front of the same racks that were displayed above. All servers are labeled and tracked in the Chicago-1 facility.

This is a photo of one of our engineers working on a server using a Crash Cart. These are portable monitors and keyboards that can be used to connect to a server on the floor without removing it from the rack.
