SingleHop Announces Tandem Reseller Program: Redefining the Way Servers are Resold

Chicago, IL: December 15, 2009: SingleHop, a leading Chicago-based dedicated and managed web hosting provider, today announced the upcoming launch of a groundbreaking reseller program, Tandem.

SingleHop's Tandem reseller platform will lead the industry in extending all the power and capabilities of the data center to resellers and to the reseller's own clients. Among Tandem's extensive benefits, resellers have access to a complete, white-labeled control panel system for their customers' use, as well as advanced control over all resold servers using SingleHop's LEAP Webtop interface, which includes a live inventory feed, guaranteed availability, and auto provisioning and decommissioning of servers. Using Tandem, dedicated server resellers can finally achieve ultimate scalability, control, and flexibility in all their offerings.

SingleHop has designed the Tandem program to be supported by an intelligent pricing system, including a discount scale, as well as a detailed marketing assistance program designed to maximize the server and data center information resellers can provide to their clients. The white-labeled control panel allows resellers the ability to provide their customers with direct access to their server(s), with many of the same capabilities that the reseller and data center have themselves. Tandem enables the reseller to fully customize the way their customers access their servers and support with the inclusion of design customization features. In addition to the capabilities of Tandem, SingleHop resellers will have access to all of SingleHop's industry-leading server management technologies, including LEAP, LEAP mobile, LEAP widgets and more.

"In skydiving, doing a Tandem jump means being safely attached to an experienced partner-an expert-for the whole skydive," mentioned Dan Ushman, SingleHop's VP of Sales and Marketing. "That's the model of 100% dedicated, individualized, expert support and technology we'll be able to give reseller clients with our Tandem program. It is by far the most comprehensive way of bridging the 'reseller gap,' which basically means that the farther away a client is from the original hosting company, the less resources and capabilities they can expect to receive. Tandem was made to eliminate that gap. A resale program of this magnitude isn't offered by any other hosting company in the industry, but it's a perfect fit for SingleHop, with our peerless devotion to the forefronts of innovation and customer service."

Julian Flores, CEO of Xpress Hosting, a SingleHop customer and key partner in the development of Tandem, mentioned, "Tandem will provide Xpress Hosting unprecedented flexibility and scalability in offering dedicated servers in the Latin-American market while ensuring that our customers maintain full and deep control over their servers as well. "

The Tandem program will become available in early January 2010.
