SingleHop Welcomes Industry Veterans Mike Crosse and Jim Tremmel

Chicago, IL: March 23, 2010: SingleHop, the leading Chicago-based dedicated and managed web hosting provider, announced today two key hires to its sales organization. Both new team members are industry veterans, with 15 years combined experience in the hosting field. Michael Crosse was appointed as SingleHop's new Channel Program Manager, and Jim Tremmel was appointed as Director of Sales.

Mike Crosse's extensive experience includes James Tower Hosting and Hostway Corporation as a Business Development Executive and Channel Sales Manager. He brings extensive experience in developing special programs to meet client, partner, and reseller needs. Mike sat on the Tech2020 Committee for the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the Illinois Technology Association.

One of Mike's core responsibilities will be the development of the Tandem program. Mike commented, "Tandem is a superior program in the reseller hosting environment, and making it better is an exciting, enticing proposition!" He promises that the program will maintain a "customer-centric approach, attention to details, a conduit for resellers to offer opinions on the program, and a push internally to make improvements a reality."

Jim Tremmel brings SingleHop over twenty years of business-to-business sales and sales management experience. Recently, he worked as a sales manager for Hostway and as an independent consultant in Marketing and Business Development for cloud computing companies. Jim is excited about working hand-in-hand with clients to understand their needs and contribute to their growth.

"As our clients grow," Jim comments, "we can help by evaluating their web presence and making sure they are taking full advantage of all the tools and products available to them."
